The Saint Vincent chapel is located at the end of the Collioure cove. It was built in 1701 on a shale rock. According to legend, it was on this rock that Saint Vincent was martyred.
Architecturally, the chapel is simple and small. It is a simple rectangular room with an arched doorway. A large wooden cross bearing a martyred Christ stands behind it, facing out to sea.
