ANCHOVY FESTIVAL 2025

The anchovy festival returns to Collioure on 31 May and 1 June. Come to the port for two days of conviviality, sea flavours and Catalan traditions.

On the programme: tastings, demonstrations, workshops, musical entertainment, discovery of local products and a festive atmosphere. A gourmet experience based around the emblematic speciality of this small Catalan port, handed down through the generations.

Saturday 31st May
– 10am to 7pm: Gourmet and local produce market in the harbour, with Roque and Desclaux.
– 11am: musical entertainment with Les Bizzar’s de Collioure
– 11.30am: opening speech by the mayor
– 2.30pm: Catalan songs by the Campanar Sardanista choir
– 3pm: parade with the Colla Gégantera d’Elna, Place du 18 Juin and Boramar
– 6pm: musical entertainment on the port with the Lous Pegaillouns banda
– From 7pm onwards, esplanade du Faubourg: anchovy party with food and drink provided by the Aviron Club de Collioure
– 9.30pm: concert by Gadjo Lolo (rumba and Mediterranean rhythms)

Catalan boat trips will be available throughout the day.

Sunday 1st June
– From 10am to 7pm, esplanade du Faubourg: gourmet and local produce market with Roque and Desclaux
– 10am to 1pm: traditional rowing regatta (llaguts de rems in the bay)
– 11am: musical aperitif with Lous Pegaillouns
– 11.30am: Anchovy cookery demonstration
– 2pm: musical entertainment with the banda Les Canallous from Millas
– 4pm: new parade by the Colla Gégantera d’Elna
