In the calm and freshness of the morning, facing the sea, come to do or discover yoga, with the association Mandalia, on our beautiful beach Saint Vincent, from June to September!
Your teacher, trained in Hatha yoga in a traditional Indian school, offers gentle and conscious yoga adapted to all levels. The session ends with a meditative relaxation in harmony with nature facing the beautiful bay of Collioure.
