SNORKELLING TOUR "LA MOULADE"

Snorkelling tour from the port of Argelès-sur-Mer, via Collioure, Port-Vendres, Banyuls-sur-Mer and Cerbère. Set off in safety under the supervision of scuba diving professionals from all the ports on the Côte Vermeille.

TOPO:

• Below the fortress of Collioure, there is a small dry area out of the water covered in mussels, hence the name "la Moulade". The site is accessible to all and offers a wide variety of activities.
• For water-lovers, the fact that the rocky plateau is not deep means we can access it more easily from the surface to discover starfish, sea urchins, octopus and lots of fish. At depths of up to 9 metres, you may come across a seahorse.
• Go to a depth of 15 metres and you'll find a reef full of life, home to lobsters, forkbeards and conger eels. If you look closely at the top of the "potatoes", between parazohantus and hydraires, you can encounter all sorts of colourful slugs, thuridillae, giant dories, flabellines and the banyulensis endemic to our coast.
• As you approach the surface, you can see the rock split in two. The wall on the left is impressive, covered in sponges. If you go inside the crack, you can see barracudas and mullets. We finish in a very pleasant atmosphere.
