The services are operated by the Office de tourisme de Collioure, a public industrial and commercial establishment (EPIC), whose registered office is located in Collioure and which is registered with the Perpignan Trade and Companies Register under number 811 017 870 (hereinafter ‘Office de tourisme de Collioure’), in its capacity as data controller or joint data controller within the meaning of the regulations on personal data, in particular General Regulation (EU) No. 2016-679 on the Protection of Individuals with regard to the processing of personal data (RGPD).

 

WHAT PERSONAL DATA IS PROCESSED?

The personal data that may be collected and processed are mainly: your surname, first name, title, email address, postal address, telephone number, date of birth, information relating to your professional life, comments, your order and product selection history, your preferences and interests, and your connection logs (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Data’).

This Data is collected either on the basis of your consent, or is necessary for the execution of contracts between us (execution of a contract). The fight against fraud is based on the legitimate interests of the Collioure Tourist Office.

The data collected as part of our commercial relationship aims to

Subject to your consent: to enable our company and partner associations to send you information about our offers, news and events (newsletters, invitations and other publications);
To compile statistics and measure satisfaction.

TO WHOM DO WE TRANSFER YOUR PERSONAL DATA?

Your Data is processed by the Office de tourisme de Collioure. It will not be transferred or made accessible to any third party, with the exception of any sub-contractors of the Collioure Tourist Office for exclusively technical and logistical reasons (hosting and maintenance service providers, payment and fraud management service providers, moderators, etc.) and any restructuring of our company, including the total or partial transfer of assets, mergers, acquisitions, demergers and, more generally, any reorganisation operation.

Your Data may be used to manage and optimise customer relations and, unless you object, to send information about offers and news from the Collioure Tourist Office, in particular by means of advertising campaigns on social networks. Social network companies and emailing service providers may therefore be recipients of your Data.

Finally, the Collioure Tourist Office may be required to communicate your Data to third parties when such communication is required by law, a regulatory provision or a judicial decision, or if such communication is necessary to ensure the protection and defence of its rights.

 

WHAT ARE YOUR RIGHTS?

In accordance with the regulations in force, you have the right to access and rectify your Data, as well as the right to request its deletion, to object to its processing and to obtain its limitation or portability insofar as this is applicable. These rights may be exercised directly with the Collioure Tourist Office by e-mail to contact@collioure.com .
Proof of identity may be requested.
In addition, you may at any time request that you no longer wish to receive our communications relating to our offers, news and events by using the means set out in this paragraph. You can also contact us by telephone by calling 04 68 82 15 47 from Monday to Friday between 9.15 am and 5.30 pm or by post at Office de Tourisme de l’Animation et de la Culture Place du 18 Juin 66190 Collioure.

HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR PERSONAL DATA?

The Data relating to the creation of your customer account and to the progress of our contract will be kept by the Collioure Tourist Office for a period not exceeding the applicable legal limitation periods, i.e. 5 years from the end of the contractual relationship or the inactivity of your customer account. At the end of this period, this Data will be archived for accounting and evidential purposes during the aforementioned limitation periods or will be destroyed if these periods have expired.
In the event that we collect bank details, these will be kept securely for the time required for our collaboration and payment and will then be immediately destroyed. In the event of a payment incident, your Data will be kept for the duration of the management of the incident, and then for a period of three (3) to five (5) years depending on the seriousness of the incident.
Data used for the purposes of sending communications relating to offers, news and events proposed by the Collioure Tourist Office will be kept for a period of three (3) years from the date of collection or your last contact with the Collioure Tourist Office. At the end of this period, the Collioure Tourist Office may contact you again to find out whether you wish to continue to receive our communications relating to our offers, news and events. Your Data will also be destroyed as soon as possible after your request to unsubscribe.
