Villages often have very representative family names, like the Francès family in Collioure. And Collioure wouldn't be Collioure without the Francès, Pous, Desclaux, Py, Riera and Rière families…
Charlotte and Camille have opened a wine and tapas bar, "Le Comptoir des Filles", at 12 rue de la Démocratie (in the Faubourg), in Collioure (formerly "La Cave à Féfé")… opposite the emblematic refurbished bell tower that watches over them tenderly.
A wonderful adventure begins for the two sisters, in what is not just a wine and tapas bar, but more than that. It's an ambience, an atmosphere, a unique pleasure to be there, to taste the best Collioure wines under the expert guidance of Charlotte and Camille… Francès!
